Maybe as a result of some calling for the RAF to operate COIN aircraft instead but
the air force has showcased it's Tornado fighter bombers and how they are used to combat the Afghan insurgency. Meanwhile an RAF pilot has flown, what probably will be the replacement,
the JCA F-35 for the first time.
